• What do I need to do to become a Mr.Uky client?
To place an order in our on-line shop you have to register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the LOGIN section. Once you are a Mr.Uky client, you can check the history of your account at any time. 
  • I have forgotten the password to my Mt.Uky account. How can I get a new one?
Enter the LOGIN section, and click on the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” option. This will allow you to type in the e-mail address you registered your account with and a new password will be sent to that e-mail address directly. 
  • How can I place an order with Mr.Uky?
To place an order, please select the products and quantities you wish to purchase and add them to the basket. You can review your shopping basket before completing your order.
  • Can I cancel my order?
Orders are shipped on the same day. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via hello@mruky.com, on the same day the order was placed. Any later and the cancellation will be processed as a return.
  • How will I know if my order is being processed?
All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible.
If the products are available, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail providing information on the preparation status of your order. 
  • How can I get in touch with Mr.Uky’s Customer Service?

  • What are Mr.Uky’s pricing regulations?
Please note that all our prices are in EUROS. The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and Mr.Uky reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price.
  • What are the accepted payment methods?
The only payment method we accept is credit card: Visa, Mastercard.
  • What can I do if I have any problem regarding payment?
You can contact us on hello@mruky.com about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order.
If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. If this happens, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put on standby. 
  • Is it safe to buy products on Mr.Uky’s webpage?
Our payment method is secure. The security system guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
  • What are the delivery costs? When can I expect to receive my order?
The shipping cost of your order will be applicable depending on the destination and weight of your parcel. Please, refer to the chart below.
The delivery times are calculated from the moment of payment confirmation (2/5 days approximately for in Turkey shippings.  The delivery of international orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on the destination.). The preparation of deliveries only takes place during working days.

Our delivery times are approximate and are exempt from exceptional circumstances or force majeure causes. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, Mr.Uky will contact you as soon as possible.
During sales, promotions or the launch of a new collection order processing and delivery may be delayed by a few working days.
  • What is Mr.Uky’s delivery policy?
Our couriers will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. If they are unable to do so successfully after the second attempt, your order will be sent back to our head office. 
If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.
  • Do you ship overseas?
Mr.Uky sells its products all around the world. The chart above indicates the estimated costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the Turkey are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.
  • What shall I do if my parcel is damaged upon arrival?
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.
  • When can I return or exchange items to Mr.Uky?
We accept returns and exchanges of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If, however, Mr.Uky has made a mistake regarding your order (e.g. wrong size/reference, or the item is defective), Mr.Uky would assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mruky.com.
  • Can I return or exchange the products bought from Mr.Uky?
Mr.Uky accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive your order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period. 
  • What are the conditions regarding returning or exchanging goods at Mr.Uky?
We will not exchange any items that are not in the same condition as received (i.e. with the labels attached and in the original packaging), or any items that have been used or washed. Mr.Uky reserves the right to carefully check the products before agreeing to an exchange or return. We will only refund/ replace products which are in the original condition as when shipped. 
  • What do I have to do if I want to return or exchange any item purchased from Mr.Uky?
If you wish to return one or more products, please contact us at hello@mruky.com in a maksimum of 7 days from your puchase.  You will be asked to send the product in its original packaging, with the original receipt.  
When returning the goods to us, you may ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice. Please note that Mr.Uky cannot be held responsible for articles that are lost or damaged during transport.  If your return is accepted, we will refund the money to the credit card used in the original transaction within a maximum of 15 days.

  • What shall I do once Mr.Uky has accepted my return/exchange request?
After your request for an exchange or return has been accepted, you will have 7 working days to hand over the products which are to be exchanged or returned to the carrier. If the products have not been handed over to the carrier within that period, Mr.Uky reserves the right to proceed to cancel the exchange or return. Once we have received the product(s), we will proceed with the reimbursement or exchange.
Please be informed that, when you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address; when you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
  • How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
  • How do I withdraw my consent?
